Mark Bolger is Director of Social Value Consultancy, supporting organisations to embed social value into strategy and practice. He works with clients across sectors to deliver meaningful, measurable benefits for people and communities.

Tim Clement

Director of Social Value and Sustainability at Morgan Sindall

Tim's role is to make a positive difference on climate change and the wider ecological crisis by changing the way projects are designed and built, empowering teams to realise customers’ sustainability aspirations. In addition, he leads the social value activities across the business to support our customers to achieve long-term social value in their communities.

With a background in design management, he studied Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment at the University of Cambridge, with a focus on the empirical and sociological aspects of the whole life carbon footprint of buildings.

Tim also sits on the carbon and energy action panel for Morgan Sindall Group, and has been instrumental in creating CarboniCa, Morgan Sindall's whole life carbon assessment tool for construction projects.

Trisha joined CRASH in May 2024, bringing with her 18 years of experience in hospice management and care. Before stepping into her role as Chief Executive at CRASH, she served as Director of Business Development, Operations, and Performance at Rennie Grove Peace Hospice. Having witnessed the value of CRASH’s work firsthand as a beneficiary of CRASH at Rennie Grove Peace Hospice, Trisha is committed to ensuring the charity continues to thrive, providing vital construction expertise to charitable organisations in need.

Matthew Buckham has a diverse work experience in the field of community investment and regeneration. Matthew'smost recent role is Community Investment Director at SNG (formerly Sovereign Housing Association), starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at Business in the Community from 2021. Matthew also worked as a Community Investment Director at Sovereign Housing Association from 2019 to 2023. Before that, Matthew held positions at Bromford as Head of Locality for Birmingham and Warwickshire, as well as Head of Locality for South Midlands. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Senior Community Investment Manager at Wandle. Matthew also served as a Community Assets Manager at Affinity Sutton from 2010 to 2014. Matthew's earlier experiences include roles as a Regeneration Project Officer.
